Ordering

All orders must be submitted in writing, faxed or e-mailed as directed, specifying the product/s ordered, quantity, ship-to address, bill-to address, requested delivery date and method of payment. Artwork should be submitted at time of order and refer to PO.

Pricing

Pricing subject to change without notice. Pricing is based on a single product configuration and will be determined by total quantity on PO requesting a single ship-to address. Orders for immediate shipment will be billed at the prices in effect on the order date. Orders specifying a future delivery date may be billed at prices in effect on the requested ship date unless otherwise confirmed by written quote.

Terms

Payment is expected at time of order placement. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express or company check. Net 15 terms are available with approved credit.

Minimum Order

See individual product price grids for minimum order quantities. Quantities are determined by individual product and may not allow variation. For quantities not listed on grid, call for pricing.

Production Time

Standard production time is 3-5 business days after acknowledged receipt of production-ready artwork and PO or proof approvals.

Production Rush Service

“RUSH” service is available based on current production schedule and difficulty of requested project. Additional handling fees will be incurred, generally starting at $50.00. We highly recommend calling for a quote to determine availability and cost.

Shipping

Orders are shipped via FedEX Ground unless otherwise indicated on PO. Drop, blind and/or split shipments must be indicated on PO and will incur additional charges. If specific routing is not included on order, Hadrus will use the most direct or least expensive method at our option.

Special Finishing Requests

Product pricing in this catalog includes standard finishing only. Special finishing such as dry erase, grommet locations/additions, lamination, etc. are subject to additional charges.

Returns/Replacement

All products are custom printed to your specification therefore, request for return or replacement is available only for those items found to be defective or malfunctioning, imprinted incorrectly or result of a finishing error. Claims must be made within 5 business days after receipt of order. Please contact customer service for a RA#, returns will not be accepted without authorization.

Product Guarantee

All products are manufactured using the highest quality products designed for specific purpose. We guarantee your product will leave our production facility free of defect and correctly printed, based on artwork we’ve received and you’ve approved. We cannot be responsible for typical wear and misuse due to improper handling or applications other than intended.
