CLIENT:
National Personnel Placement Franchise

CHALLENGE:
Providing updated easy-to-understand messages, regarding company services, to be used in each reception area in over 600 locations nationwide.

SOLUTION:
Each location was sent four retractable banners stands. Three were utilized to outline the most important services each franchise offered, while the fourth featured local events or community service projects supported by the local franchises. The local event banner stand is changed quarterly, allowing current messages to be displayed during the peak activity of that sponsorship.

RESULTS:
Locations increased their personnel placements significantly primarily due to applicants having a better understanding of the services they provide upon initial contact. Banner stand messages were reinforced through an upscale capabilities brochure. Applicants also realized the community commitment being made at each location and volunteering after placement realized double digit increases. The overall success has been so significant that the program has expanded to include floor and wall graphics to enhance messaging.
