National Beverage Company

CHALLENGE:
To maximize sponsorship spend during charity 5K and 10K races while providing useful benefits to the runners. Sponsor wanted to be sure runners knew where to access their products during race while advertising their products along the route, allowing for premium media coverage.

SOLUTION:
Company teamed with race planners and local promotional product distributor to develop a series of aid stations throughout the course that were identified by Hadrus EZ STIK™ OUTDOOR Rough Graphics. Every aid station was advertised on the asphalt 1/2 mile before location then a large graphic announced arrival at the aid station. Each aid station graphic identified the specific mile marker to assist the runners on progress. The entire route was highlighted by Hadrus POLE BANNERS to increase awareness while taking advantage of all camera angles. Both start and finish graphics were also developed and applied.

RESULTS:
The beverage company drew rave reviews from runners, thanking them for identifying aid stations and providing refreshment along the route. Race planners asked the company to participate as their exclusive sponsor the following year. The beverage company realized an increase in local market based on same store repeat orders and sought other sponsorship opportunities. The distributor received second year business and has done multiple other projects utilizing Hadrus Vinyl graphics.
