Synthetic Paper
Synthetic Paper is made from polypropylene and is a unique alternate to conventional paper as it stands up to water, grease, chemicals, and weather.

Synthetic Paper looks and feels like a “wood-pulp” paper product. It may handle and fold like paper but stands up to water, grease, chemicals and resists tearing in both directions. It is a great option for outdoor snap-frame inserts — no lamination is needed for exterior use (weather resistant). They can be affixed to windows, walls and other surfaces by using tape, pins, clips, etc. or can be placed in frames.

In as much as synthetic paper is tear resistant, it is not completely tear proof. Media retains its strength and tear resistant properties when a standard hole punch is used on it, however, a cut in the media can create a place where the media can tear.
