Fleet Vehicle ID Graphics — These are cut vinyl decals providing a long term solution for displaying vehicle ID and USDOT numbers. Lettering height should be a minimum of 2″ tall. Letters are individually cut and provided with application tape enabling them to be applied all at once. Choose white or black solid colored adhesive vinyl (permanent adhesive).

Use: Outdoor rated graphics for flat vehicle surfaces like tailgates, doors, and side panels
Media: Calendared 3 mil solid colored vinyl (choose white vinyl or black vinyl)
Adhesive: acrylic, medium-tack, permenant
Durability: up to 5 years
General Application Instructions
For specialty graphics to properly adhere, the application surface must be clean: free of oils, grease, dust, and debris.
Apply all specialty graphics in temperatures that are neither too hot nor too cold. The optimum temperature for installing is between 65° and 72°F. Graphics can be installed as low as 50° and up to 90°F. Larger outdoor graphics are easier to apply in the protection of shade.
Vehicles: Install on a clean and dry surface. A clean vehicle surface that was very recently washed is ideal. Best practices: Following a thorough wash and wax, using a paper towel or lint-free rag, wipe surface with isopropyl alcohol or denatured alcohol to remove any remaining grease or oily film. Make sure surface is completely dry prior to applying graphics.
Other Surfaces: For all other applications, make sure surface is clean and dry. Choose a location to test graphic adhesion. Because surface conditions and properties can vary widely, it is ultimately the responsibility of the end user to test the bond and effective removal of the adhesive graphic from the chosen surface.
Method: Use overlapping strokes as you apply the graphic to the surface. If you don’t have an installation squeegee, a stiff plastic (like a credit card) can be helpful to smooth the graphic out during application.
Following application, it’s OK if the graphics get wet from rain however, allow graphics at least three days to achieve full bond adhesive strength before visiting a car wash.
Note: Long-term use on surfaces frequently exposed to sunlight can result in uneven fading of the overall surface since the area covered by the graphic is shielded from the sun (and ultraviolet rays in particular).
